Job summary

Synechron is seeking a Calypso Developer to support a leading banking client in the United States. The role focuses on designing and maintaining Calypso solutions, integrating with internal systems, and supporting front-to-back offices in capital markets.

The candidate will work with business analysts and architects to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions, leveraging Java, SQL, and Calypso-specific modules in an Agile environment.

Qualifications

Must have hands-on Calypso platform experience.
Proficiency in Java, J2EE, Spring, SQL, and REST/SOAP APIs.
Experience with Calypso customization, configuration, and integration.
Knowledge of Calypso modules, workflows, engines, and reporting.
Experience with financial products and trade lifecycle.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, customize, and maintain Calypso solutions.
Translate business requirements into technical solutions with stakeholders.
Develop Calypso components and integrations using Java and APIs.
Support front-office, middle-office, and back-office functions.
Write tests, perform code reviews, and document SDLC processes.
