The role blends business and technology, focusing on configuring, troubleshooting, and enhancing trading, processing, and settlement applications.

You will work with investment professionals, traders, and operations teams to analyze needs, design practical solutions, and implement changes using SQL and Excel, while ensuring

Qualifications

• Near-expert Calypso knowledge with trading and OMS workflows.
• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years as a Business Systems Analyst in financial investment management.
• Experience collaborating with investment traders or operations teams to troubleshoot.
• Hands-on SQL for querying databases and data reconciliation.
• Strong Excel skills for data analysis and prototyping.
• Onsite 4 days per week in Boston, MA (Needham optional).

Responsibilities

• Provide timely, client-focused support to investment professionals, traders, and operations teams using derivatives applications.
• Configure, maintain, and enhance Calypso and related platforms across the derivatives lifecycle.
• Investigate complex issues across business and technology teams and coordinate fixes.
• Develop deep understanding of derivatives business processes, data flows, and system integrations.
• Design and prototype tactical solutions using SQL and Excel with proper testing and controls.
• Support the full solution lifecycle, from analysis to deployment and training.
