Job summary

EPAM Systems is seeking an experienced Senior Calypso Business Analyst to join our technology team supporting front-to-back capital markets processes. This role drives analysis, design, and delivery within the Calypso platform and acts as a liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams.

The candidate will bring a strong Calypso background and will collaborate across development, testing, and support to deliver solutions and upgrades in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with the Calypso platform.
• Deep understanding of trade lifecycle processes across front, middle, and back office functions.
• Experience gathering and documenting business and functional requirements.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication across all levels.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to gather, document, and validate requirements.
• Analyze current processes and identify opportunities for Calypso optimization.
• Translate requirements into functional specs and user stories.
• Collaborate with development, testing, and support teams throughout delivery lifecycle.
• Conduct impact assessments for enhancements and upgrades.
• Support solution design and ensure alignment with objectives and capabilities.
• Facilitate workshops across business and tech teams.
• Assist with test planning and validation of solutions.
• Provide SME on trade lifecycle events, workflows, and processes.
• Support production issue analysis and platform improvement initiatives.
