Accredited Labs—Aldinger team—seeks a Calibration Service Manager to lead the Dallas lab operations, oversee a team of Calibration Technicians and Assistant Service Managers, and ensure quality, compliance, and customer satisfaction.

The role requires 3+ years of supervisory experience in calibration, strong multi‑discipline technical skills, and proven leadership to drive revenue and operational efficiency while maintaining ISO 17025 standards.

Qualifications

• 3 years of middle supervisory or management experience within the calibration industry.
• Strong multi-discipline technical skills.
• Working knowledge of ISO 17025 and related quality policies/procedures.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the lab calibration process and manage staff schedules.
• Supervise technicians to ensure adherence to QA protocols and standards.
• Ensure accurate calibrations and repairs align with quality requirements.
• Collaborate with Sales and Branch Manager to identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Develop and manage budgets and continuous improvement plans for lab performance.
• Act as primary contact for customers and maintain long‑term relationships.
