Job summary

Aldinger, an Accredited Labs Company, is seeking a Calibration Technician to join our Lab Team in Dallas, TX. You will calibrate a variety of devices, maintain records, and work with clients from first onsite touchpoint to project completion in a fast-paced lab environment.

We emphasize precision, quality, and customer service, with an emphasis on ISO17025 procedures and cross-functional collaboration. A mechanical/technical background and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience with Electrical, Physical, and/or Mechanical Calibration of equipment
• Able to lift 50lbs, climb, kneel, drive and stand for long periods of time
• Demonstrated ability to learn mechanical and technical skills quickly
• Experience working in a technical or mechanical position
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word, and excellent customer service skills
• Good organizational and prioritization skills

Responsibilities

• Complete accurate and timely calibrations in our shop
• Perform all duties in accordance with ISO17025
• Perform routine and complex calibration on a wide variety of equipment per company processes and instruction documentation
• Perform calibration on a variety of devices and instruments in accordance with established procedures and standards
• Interact with clients throughout the calibration process and provide updates on services needed
• Ensure all calibration activities comply with industry regulations and quality standards
• Maintain calibration records and documentation with accurate data
• Interact professionally with customers, providing excellent service and support
• Communicate status updates to customers throughout the process
