Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of hospitality experience including restaurant front line operations.
• Bachelor's Business Degree or documented entrepreneurial hospitality leadership.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager in upholding brand standards and Owners’ objectives.
• Demonstrate working financial comprehension to meet cafe KPIs.
• Collaborate with Sales to execute the Cafe Sales & Marketing plan to grow entrée counts.
• Mentor and coach junior management staff to understand financial goals.
• Work with all departments to ensure brand standards and excellent guest service.
• Support staffing objectives by attracting and retaining top talent in the market.
