Job summary

Bowman Consulting in Washington state seeks a CAD Technician III to join our team in Lacey or Seattle. You will work on design teams, producing drawings from concept to construction documents and coordinating with engineers and managers to deliver accurate projects.

Required: 5+ years of CAD experience with AutoCAD, MicroStation and Civil 3D, plus strong attention to detail and communication. We support remote work arrangements and offer competitive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or commensurate relevant experience.
• 5+ years of CAD experience, preferably in engineering or land development.
• Experience with AutoCAD, MicroStation and Civil 3D required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare working drawings from conceptual plan to final engineering documents and construction records.
• Transform rough designs into working CAD documents and revise plans with client/manager input.
• Review drawings for adherence to specifications and standards.
• Coordinate with engineers, designers, and project managers to manage multiple projects.
• Mentor junior CAD drafters and organize CAD files for clients and agencies.
