Qualifications

• Bachelor degree preferred; equivalent experience accepted in lieu of degree.
• 10+ years in automotive Design and Release (D&R), CAD, or Product Engineering.
• Deep understanding of automotive product development lifecycle.
• Experience supervising technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction, daily coordination, and technical mentorship for the Design, Release, and CAD systems integration team.
• Foster a collaborative, growth-oriented environment through coaching, career planning, and performance management.
• Serve as final authority for WERS notices and ALERT authorizations for the Ford Customization business unit.
• Ensure drafting, releasing, and change-management activities are executed accurately and on schedule.
• Plan and manage engineering resources and workflows for FCPDS milestones, product cycle plans, and Ford Licensed Accessories initiatives.
