Job summary

A well-established engineering firm in Eden Prairie, MN is looking for an experienced CAD Manager. The ideal candidate will lead the CAD department, utilizing AutoCAD and AutoCAD Electrical, and manage a variety of engineering projects. Responsibilities include supporting engineering design, developing procedures, and providing training on CAD standards. This position offers a salary range of $120,000 to $140,000 based on qualifications, along with excellent employee benefits including stock ownership.

Qualifications

• 10+ years experience using AutoCAD and/or AutoCAD Electrical.
• Experience with UL508A Control Panel design is essential.
• Servant-leadership attitude preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support Engineering in designing Electrical Schematics and panel layouts.
• Assist in developing CAD procedures and standards.
• Provide technical expertise for CAD data transfer to CNC machines.
• Conduct training on corporate CAD standards and software.
