Wunderlich-Malec Engineering, Inc. in Eden Prairie, MN seeks a CAD Manager to lead a CAD group of Designers specializing in AutoCAD Electrical and Autodesk Vault.

The role ensures design/documentation of electrical schematics, PI&Ds, and panel layouts across projects. Ideal candidate brings 10+ years in AutoCAD-based CAD work, UL508A panel design experience, and a servant-leadership mindset to coordinate resources and improve production quality.

Qualifications

• Two-year degree in CAD Technology is required.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience using AutoCAD and/or AutoCAD Electrical.
• Experience with UL508A Control Panel design is essential.
• Servant-leadership attitude is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a CAD department of up to ten CAD Designers.
• Oversee design and documentation of Electrical Schematics, PI&Ds, and panel layouts.
• Develop and enforce CAD procedures and standards.
