Qualifications

• 7+ years of CAD/design experience in industrial/manufacturing environments.
• Advanced AutoCAD capabilities for installation and contractor scope drawings.
• Proficient with Revit, Inventor, Navisworks, ACC and Forma for BIM/CAD workflows.
• Strong GD&T knowledge per ASME Y14.5 and ability to produce contractor-ready packages.
• Experience reviewing supplier drawings for accuracy and feasibility.
• Ability to manage multiple design projects with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Create, revise, and maintain 2D CAD drawings and 3D models.
• Develop facility, utility, process equipment, and installation layouts.
• Support mechanical, electrical, piping, HVAC, pneumatic, hydraulic projects.
• Create fixture, jig, sub-assembly, fabrication drawings and BOMs.
• Develop contractor-ready packages for installation and bidding.
• Define equipment locations, routing, tie-ins, elevations, and constraints.
• Coordinate drawing updates with engineering, production, maintenance, and vendors.
• Maintain drawing registers, revisions, and release workflows.
• Conduct field walkdowns to verify conditions and resolve discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with drawing standards and release processes.
