Job summary

By Light Professional IT Services is seeking IT Service/PMO professionals for the EWOCS contract, supporting Patrick Space Force Base, Cape Canaveral and Vandenberg. Responsibilities include CAD drawings, system planning, and rigorous configuration management to ensure compliant communications infrastructures.

The role requires an associate or bachelor’s in a drafting/engineering field, and experience with AutoCAD, ArcGIS and MicroStation.

Qualifications

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in drafting, engineering, or related field.
Experience with AutoCAD, ArcGIS and MicroStation CAD software.
Understanding of technical standards, principles, theories and concepts.
Under general direction solves moderately complex technical problems.
Proactively determines and develops approaches to solutions.
Strong math skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Create 2D/3D technical drawings using CAD software.
Provide communication system planning, engineering, project management and configuration management.
Comply with CSIR/CIPS documentation and CVC visualization requirements for all systems.
Maintain communication records and initial drawings for cables and equipment in CIPS/CVC.
Review, validate annually and redline CSIRs per CSIR Manager instructions.
