Job summary

At AtkinsRéalis is seeking a CAD Designer (Water Infrastructure) to design utilities, drainage, and water/wastewater systems in Henderson, NV. You will lead CAD/BIM workflows, coordinate with engineers and project managers, and mentor junior designers across multiple offices.

The role requires strong AutoCAD Civil 3D, Revit and Plant 3D skills, BIM standard enforcement, and effective communication with internal teams and clients. The position offers competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent with 5+ years' experience
• Experience on multi-discipline projects using AutoCAD Civil 3D, Revit and Plant 3D
• Proven CAD/BIM production workflow leadership and coordination
• Strong ability to train and mentor junior designers and engineers
• Proficient in coordinating with project managers and clients

Responsibilities

• Read survey data and codes to inform design decisions
• Develop conceptual and final plan designs using CAD
• Coordinate BIM across multi-discipline teams
• Lead CAD/BIM workflows and organize project folders in Autodesk Construction Cloud
• Mentor and train junior staff on design standards and processes
