Job summary
Hargrove is seeking an experienced CAD designer to provide drafting support across multiple disciplines. The role requires reviewing drawings to understand scope, applying design criteria, and drafting plans under direct supervision.
Ideal candidates have 10+ years of CAD drafting experience in oil/chemical manufacturing and proficiency with AutoCAD. A valid driver’s license and MS Office tools are required as part of daily tasks.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma required.
- Associates Degree in Technical Drafting or equivalent preferred.
- 10+ years CAD designer experience in oil/chemical manufacturing or related field.
- Experience reading, analysing, interpreting, and creating technical documents and CAD drawings.
Responsibilities
- Review drawings from various disciplines to understand scope and design criteria.
- Interpret redline instructions on marked-up drawings.
- Draft plans across disciplines using design and drafting standards under supervision.
- Develop cross-divisional relationships and provide HELIX support under supervision.
