Job summary

KBR in Las Cruces, NM seeks a Sr. Designer to support Autodesk Vault/Inventor, manage engineering data, and produce 3D models and drawings for manufacturing. You will ensure data integrity, apply drafting standards, and collaborate with cross-functional teams on complex projects.

The role requires senior-level drafting and design work when Vault admin tasks are light, with strong CAD, PDM, and documentation practices throughout product development.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Autodesk Inventor and Vault; experience in PDM environment.
• Knowledge of drafting standards and document control processes.
• Ability to develop and maintain engineering drawings and 3D models.

Responsibilities

• Support Autodesk Vault implementation, integration, administration, and continuous improvement.
• Maintain data integrity and configuration control for engineering records.
• Provide troubleshooting and user support for Vault and Inventor users.
