Job summary

A leading rental car firm is seeking a Manager, CAD to develop schematic design for airport and off-airport facilities. You will oversee CAD projects, maintain design standards, and collaborate with various stakeholders to produce facility designs that optimize cost and enhance customer experience. Ideal candidates will have a bachelor's degree in a related field and at least 5 years of CAD drafting experience. Full-time position with benefits including paid time off and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of advanced experience in CAD/Revit drafting of commercial architectural projects.
• Retail store planning experience is preferred.
• Experience in development of renderings and concept design.

Responsibilities

• Develop digital CAD schematic design fit‑outs for airport and off‑airport facilities.
• Act as primary librarian for the facilities digital drawings.
• Create architectural design packages for local jurisdiction submittals.
