Job summary

H+M Industrial EPC is seeking a Senior CAD Administrator to lead CAD systems, standardize workflows, and ensure data integrity across industrial construction projects. You will oversee AutoCAD, Plant 3D, and related tools, mentoring designers and coordinating with IT for performance and security.

This role requires 8+ years in CAD within heavy industrial settings, plus scripting knowledge and a proven record of implementing CAD standards and automation to boost design efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Technology, Drafting Technology or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of CAD experience in industrial construction environments.
• 5+ years of CAD administration experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer, configure, and maintain CAD platforms across engineering and construction teams.
• Develop CAD standards, templates, libraries, and workflows; ensure client/spec compliance.
• Provide advanced technical support and training to designers and drafters.
• Coordinate with IT on hardware, licensing, and performance improvements.
• Develop automation routines and integrate CAD software for multi-discipline projects.
