Job summary

DeepSearch Staffing Partners is seeking a Senior Process Engineer to provide technical leadership for manufacturing operations, ensuring quality, cost, and efficiency targets are met. You will lead design, development, and implementation of continuous process improvements across cable products and production lines.

This role partners with engineering, operations, R&D, sales, and marketing to transfer new technologies into production, train personnel, and drive projects to completion through

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field with 6+ years of experience.
• Or equivalent practical experience in wire and cable process/design.

Responsibilities

• Develop innovative cable products and manufacturing processes
• Partner with manufacturing teams to transfer new technologies into production
• Support sales and marketing with samples, technical data, reports, and presentations
• Lead key development and process improvement projects
• Train production personnel on new technologies and best practices
• Drive projects to completion using structured project management tools
• Research and develop new cable designs, materials, and processes
• Improve existing products and maintain technical competitiveness
• Provide technical support across R&D, operations, sales, and marketing
• Evaluate and source materials, equipment, and tooling for manufacturing and testing
• Create and document standardized manufacturing processes
• Analyze competitive products and industry trends
• Serve as a subject matter expert across the organization
• Provide technical support in data communications cable design, testing, and processing
