Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA license required.
• Typically 4–6 years of progressive accounting experience.
• Public accounting audit or CAAS/advisory experience preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute project-based accounting and finance engagements, including cash-to-accrual conversions and ERP transitions.
• Support interim Controller and other leadership engagements by helping customers manage close, reporting, reconciliations, and day-to-day accounting priorities.
• Own significant workstreams with limited supervision, including planning tasks, gathering information, resolving issues, and communicating progress.
• Prepare and review account reconciliations, journal entries, financial reporting schedules, process documentation, and other engagement deliverables.
• Coach associates and lead portions of engagements with increasing independence.
• Collaborate with Managers, Directors, and professionals across Elliott Davis to deliver integrated customer solutions.
