Qualifications

• 8+ years of accounting experience with close and financial reporting.
• Experience leading managers and overseeing complex accounting deliverables.
• Strong client relationship management and executive communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery oversight for CAS engagements with timelines and quality standards.
• Review and approve complex workpapers, reconciliations, journal entries, and reporting.
• Escalation point for technical accounting and coordination with clients.
• Provide people leadership to Managers and Supervisors, including coaching and performance feedback.
• Oversee staffing and capacity planning across engagements.
• Own client relationship management with proactive communications and issue resolution.
• Monitor engagement economics, scope changes, and risks; address profitability and delivery risks.
• Drive standardization, templates, and automation across teams.
