• Lead the end-to-end data architecture for the Customer 360 / Customer Account Hub, including conceptual, logical, and physical data models for core domains such as customer/party, account, product, and relationships.
• Internal material explicitly identifies the role as Data Architect – Customer 360, responsible for overall solution architecture and standards, and describes Customer 360 business outcomes around unified customer/party view and products/accounts
