Job summary

Integrated Solutions for Systems, Inc. seeks a mid to senior level Command and Control Engineer/Developer to advance real-time C2, Fires, and EW technologies for the DoD.

You will implement complex systems in a DevSecOps framework, create mission planning modules, and integrate with tactical networks across enclaves and echelons. The role requires strong analytical and communication skills, ability to work independently, and a US citizenship with DoD clearance eligibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering, CS, or related field.
• Experience with Mission Command or C2 systems, Fires/EW is preferred.
• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Familiarity with Unix/Linux environments and scripting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and integrate real-time C2 and mission planning modules.
• Design architectures for processor-level and multi-enclave systems.
• Lead and mentor engineers, conduct live and government-site testing.
• Develop web-based plugins and visualization tools for customers.
