Job summary

BlueWater Federal Solutions seeks a senior C2 Subject Matter Expert to support the Joint Staff J6 Coalition Interoperability Assurance and Validation Office in Suffolk, VA. The role focuses on improving interoperability across U.S.

forces, Combatant Commands, Services, Agencies, and coalition partners through MPE assessments, interoperability analysis, testing, standards evaluation, and information-sharing initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years supporting military operational activities.
• Minimum 5 years of C2 experience.
• Active TS with SCI eligibility required.
• Expert understanding of Multi-Domain Joint C2 processes and doctrine.
• Experience in Joint Operations Centers (JOCs) and Service-level Ops Centers.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior level management of planning, preparation, research, coordination and execution of C2-related tasks, providing analysis and expertise.
• Develop and deliver detailed analytical reports, procedural workflow visualization products, and briefings.
• Conduct testing activities as required.
• Conduct internal training aligned to subject matter expertise.
• Support sustainment efforts to ensure consistent quality, efficiency, and productivity in all assigned tasks.
