Job summary

BlueWater Federal Solutions Inc. is seeking a C2 Subject Matter Expert to support the Joint Staff J6 Coalition Interoperability Assurance and Validation Office. The role focuses on improving interoperability among U.S.

forces, Combatant Commands, Services, Agencies, and coalition partners through MPE assessments and interoperability analysis. Responsibilities include senior management of C2 tasks, development of analytical reports and briefings, and conducting testing.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years supporting military operational activities; minimum 5 years of C2 experience.
• Active TS with SCI eligibility is required.
• Expert understanding of Multi‑Domain Joint C2 processes and doctrine.
• Experience operating in Joint Operations Centers (JOCs) and Service-level Ops Centers.
• Experience with Friendly Force Tracking (FFT) and tactical C2 devices.
• Understanding of Tactical Data Link (TDL) networks for secure comms.
• Experience troubleshooting C2 connections and data exchanges.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior level management of planning, preparation, research, coordination and execution of C2 tasks.
• Develop and deliver detailed analytical reports, workflow visualizations, and briefings.
• Conduct testing activities as required.
• Conduct internal training aligned to subject matter expertise.
• Support sustainment efforts to ensure quality, efficiency, and productivity.
