Job summary

BlueWater Federal Solutions is seeking a Senior Operations SME to support the Joint Staff J6 Coalition Interoperability Assurance and Validation Office. The role emphasizes planning, analysis, coordination of operations tasks, and delivering detailed reports and briefings to improve interoperability across U.S.

forces and coalition partners. You will conduct testing, develop training aligned to SME requirements, and sustain high-quality performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years supporting military operations.
• Active TS with SCI eligibility.
• Expert understanding of domain DOW organizations, operations, capabilities, tactics, techniques and procedures.
• Experience coordinating, planning, and executing military missions.
• Experience with joint warfighting functions: C2, Information, ISR, Fires, Movement and Maneuver, Protection, Sustainment.
• Experience supporting tactical combat warfighting operations in deployed environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior level management of planning, preparation, research, coordination and execution of various military operations-related tasks, providing analysis and expertise.
• Develop and deliver detailed analytical reports, procedural workflow visualization products, and briefings.
• Conduct testing activities as required.
• Conduct internal training aligned to subject matter expertise. Supports sustainment efforts to ensure consistent quality, efficiency, and productivity in all assigned tasks.
