Job summary

Autonomous Solutions, Inc. (ASI) is seeking a senior C# Software Engineer III for the Blitz Team to lead development of Mobius Autonomous Software.

You will design, implement, and maintain production-grade code on real hardware, mentored by senior engineers and collaborating with software, electrical, mechanical, systems, and field operations teams. You will drive complex projects from inception to deployment, travel to test sites and customer pilots, and ensure software quality and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in CS/SE or a related field.
• 5–10 years of software development experience, including leadership roles.
• Expert proficiency in C#, with a track record of architecting and maintaining complex software.
• Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
• Strong understanding of algorithms and data structures.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Willingness to travel to test sites and customer pilots as required.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to design and implementation of new features for Mobius Autonomous Software.
• Write high-quality, scalable C# code following best practices.
• Lead full software development lifecycle from requirements to deployment.
• Oversee integration of Mobius with hardware components for autonomous operations.
• Move capabilities from prototype to working systems on real equipment on Blitz timelines.
• Support field customer pilot programs, diagnosing live issues and feeding learnings back into code.
• Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure reliability.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to translate business needs into solid technical solutions.
• Mentor junior/mid-level engineers and lead code reviews.
