Job summary

Autonomous Solutions, Inc. (ASI) is seeking a Senior C# Software Engineer III for the Blitz Team to lead Mobius Autonomous Software development and maintenance.

You will mentor juniors and drive complex projects from inception to deployment, collaborating across software, electrical, mechanical, systems, and field operations. You will work closely with production hardware, test sites, and customer pilots to validate concepts in real equipment, contributing to fast-paced, hands-on problem solving

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 5–10 years in software development with leadership experience.
• Expert proficiency in C#, with a track record architecting and maintaining complex apps.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong understanding of design principles, algorithms and data structures.
• Excellent communication and ability to lead multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement new features and enhancements for Mobius Autonomous Software.
• Write high-quality, scalable C# code following best practices.
• Lead the full software development lifecycle from requirements to deployment.
• Oversee integration with hardware components for autonomous operations.
• Move capabilities from prototype to working systems on real equipment.
• Support field pilot programs, diagnose live-machine issues, feed learnings back to code.
• Conduct testing and debugging to ensure performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers across disciplines.
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers; lead code reviews and standards.
• Contribute to strategic planning and stay current with tech trends.
• Assess emerging technologies to improve team and product.
