Job summary

Autonomous Solutions, Inc. (ASI) is seeking a senior C# (Mobius) Software Engineer III for the Blitz Team. This role leads development and maintenance of Mobius Autonomous Software, mentoring engineers and driving complex projects from inception to deployment on real equipment.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams across disciplines, travel to test sites, and contribute strategic technical direction to ensure robust, scalable software and high-performance autonomous operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 5–10 years of software development experience with leadership
• Expert proficiency in C#, particularly Mobius software architecture and development.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and collaborative work practices
• Strong fundamentals in software design, algorithms, and data structures
• Excellent communication and mentoring abilities
• Ability to lead multiple complex projects and travel as needed

Responsibilities

• Contribute to design and implementation of Mobius Autonomous Software features.
• Write high-quality, scalable C# code for production systems.
• Lead the software development lifecycle from requirements to deployment.
• Oversee integration with hardware components for autonomous operations.
• Move capabilities from prototype to working systems on real equipment on Blitz timelines.
• Support customer pilots and diagnose live-machine issues.
• Conduct thorough testing to ensure software reliability and performance.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to turn complex requirements into robust solutions.
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers and lead code reviews.
• Participate in strategic planning and technology scouting.
• Stay current with autonomous systems advancements and apply them to the product.
