Job summary

TeamViewer is seeking a Senior Software Engineer, C++ to contribute to the development of new features for our remote access, control and support solution using modern C++ standards. The role offers an opportunity to create impact in an agile environment in Austin, TX.

You will design, optimize, and implement platform-independent functionalities, collaborate in a Scrum team, and advance architecture for reliability, scalability, and performance.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional experience in object-oriented software development using C++ (17+) and design patterns.
• Experience in parallel programming, distributed and scalable systems, security, and MS-SQL.
• Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop platform independent functionalities for our client and services using C++.
• Optimize and enhance our software with new, efficient algorithms and technologies.
• Work collaboratively in a Scrum development team within a CI environment.
• Be responsible for ensuring high-quality code and efficient implementation.
• Recommend and implement improvements to architecture/technologies for reliability and scalability.
• Monitor latest technical developments and initiate improvements.
• Advise product owners on feasibility and time estimates for new functionality.
