The role focuses on building high-performance core platform components and reusable services used by multiple teams, with emphasis on reliability and scalability. You will tackle concurrency, resource management, and distributed systems, collaborating with infrastructure, networking, and platform engineers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical field.
• Production software experience in modern C++ (C++17/20+).
• Deep Linux, concurrency, multithreading, networking, and performance optimization knowledge.
• Experience with backend infrastructure or distributed platforms.
• Exposure to HPC or low-latency environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Engineer high-performance core platform components primarily in modern C++.
• Develop reusable services, frameworks, libraries, and infrastructure.
• Identify and eliminate performance bottlenecks across concurrency, scheduling, memory usage.
• Build internal developer platforms, tooling, and automation.
• Partner with infra, networking, and platform engineers on distributed systems.
• Shape design of foundational platform tech for scalability, resilience, observability.
• Participate in architectural discussions and code reviews; mentor engineers.
