Job summary

Vero Biotech seeks a Senior Main Application Software Engineer to develop and maintain the Gen 4 Main Application in C#/.NET, improve quality and test coverage, and provide technical guidance to distributed teams.

The role entails architecture definition, test strategy, and cross-component integration with GUI, firmware, and hardware. Onsite in Atlanta, with mentoring responsibilities and participation in Agile ceremonies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline; equivalent experience may be considered.
• 6+ years of professional software development experience, including C#/.NET.
• Experience with regulated medical devices or safety-critical systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the Gen 4 Main Application using C#/.NET.
• Perform unit, functional, and integration testing and improve test coverage.
• Define and maintain Main App architecture, interfaces, dependencies and design decisions.
• Clarify requirements and translate into implementable work; estimate stories and acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including firmware, GUI and hardware components; mentor developers.
