Job summary

Team Velocity Marketing is seeking a Senior Full Stack .NET Developer to join our engineering team in a remote, full-time capacity. The role focuses on building scalable, enterprise-grade tooling and customer-facing applications for the automotive marketing tech space.

You’ll work in a fast-paced, Agile environment, collaborating with leadership and engineers to drive projects from concept to deployment, while embracing modern AI-assisted workflows to boost quality and delivery speed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of professional software development experience building enterprise applications.
• Strong experience with full stack .NET application development.
• Advanced proficiency in C# and the .NET ecosystem.
• Experience with front-end frameworks (Angular, Vue.js, React).
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Experience with relational data technologies (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL).
• Familiarity with distributed caching, search, streaming, and large-scale data platforms (Redis, Elasticsearch, Kafka, Snowflake, Cassandra).
• Strong CS fundamentals, OOP, data structures, algorithms, performance.
• Experience with Agile, TDD, CI/CD, and code quality tooling.
• Experience using AI-powered development tools (GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor).
• Proven ability to independently drive projects to completion.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications and services for marketing, data processing, and consumer-facing platforms.
• Build solutions for major automotive OEM programs and hundreds of dealership clients nationwide.
• Collaborate with leadership, product owners, stakeholders, and engineering teams to architect and deliver solutions.
• Research, prototype, and implement new technologies and platform enhancements.
• Influence product direction, APIs, and technical standards through engineering expertise.
• Lead projects from concept through deployment with ownership and accountability.
• Continuously improve platform performance, scalability, reliability, and developer productivity.
• Troubleshoot complex issues across distributed systems and production environments.
• Mentor developers through reviews, discussions, and best practices.
• Participate in modern CI/CD and automated deployment workflows.
• Leverage AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity and code quality.
