Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Software Engineer to contribute to technology initiatives in its digital transformation journey. You will analyze, design, test, develop and maintain best-in-class software experiences with full stack ownership.

The role requires strong C#/.NET Core, SPA development, Azure, REST APIs, and microservices with containerization. It emphasizes DevOps, security, and collaboration across teams in a dynamic banking environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 6–8 years of relevant experience with strong financial industry exposure.
• Strong C#/.NET Core development experience (5+).
• Experience leading technical design and product development.
• Experience with Azure services and REST API design/consumption.
• SPA development experience with React or Angular/Typescript.
• Familiarity with microservices, containers, CI/CD (Jenkins, Azure DevOps).
• Security/compliance awareness and testing (xUnit, SpecFlow, Postman).
• Experience with modern design patterns and SOLID principles.
• Experience with identity providers and OIDC flow.
