Job summary

Zions Bancorporation is seeking a Complex Commercial & Industrial Loan Closing Administrator to support multi-site, in-office closings. The role emphasizes accuracy, risk management, and thorough due diligence throughout the documentation process.

You will coordinate with relationship managers, underwriters, and outside counsel to ensure closings meet policy guidelines and client expectations in a fast-paced banking environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of dedicated commercial loan closing/CI loan documentation experience.
• Deep knowledge of UCC Article 9 filing guidelines and asset-backed lending mechanics.
• Experience collaborating with outside counsel on complex C&I facilities.

Responsibilities

• Review complex C&I credit approvals for compliance, lending authority, and collateral perfection.
• Coordinate UCC-1 filings and DACAs, stock pledges and specialized liens.
• Lead communications with clients, relationship managers, and counsel during closing lifecycles.
