Job summary

Anduril Industries seeks a highly skilled C++20 software engineer to advance its multi-domain mission simulator. You will contribute to an ECS-based architecture, extend plugin APIs, and ensure high-performance execution across thousands of entities in real-time.

Qualifications

3 years of professional experience with C++20 and strong C++ skills.
Experience designing internal APIs and frameworks with backward-compatibility and ergonomics.
Solid understanding of memory management, shared libraries, ABI stability, linking, OS interfacing.

Responsibilities

Model authoring tools and UI extension APIs for Mission Sim.
Develop the ECS architecture underpinning the simulator.
Maintain versioned C ABI for external extensions.
Optimize performance for real-time or faster-than-real-time execution with thousands of entities.
Work on integration architecture: gRPC, DIS, networking, file recording for analysis.
