Koble Systems, Inc. seeks an experienced C++ developer to maintain and modernize our ERP product for small and mid-sized businesses. You will join a seasoned team and work on a mature C++ codebase, with opportunities to touch C++, C#, Rust, and JScript within a human-centric culture.

We value ownership of code and responsible use of LLMs in a humans-first environment. Remote-friendly with options in Lancaster or Moscow, and strong emphasis on reliable, customer-focused software delivery.

Qualifications

• Fluency in C++ is required.
• Experience rewriting/refactoring large codebases in an incremental manner.
• Familiarity with multilang stacks including C++, C#, Rust, and JScript is a plus.
• SQL fluency and Postgres experience are desirable.

Responsabilités

• Design and implement new features in C++, C#, Rust, or JScript.
• Investigate, diagnose, and fix bugs across C++, C#, JScript, and Rust boundaries.
• Understand and map business processes to code and user interface.
