CAE USA is seeking an experienced Loadmaster Instructor to plan and deliver aviation training across classrooms, fuselage trainer, and flight simulators for C-130 operations. You will cover cargo handling, weight and balance, and night vision systems, ensuring safety and effectiveness of instruction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of loadmaster experience.
• Minimum 2000 flight hours as a C-130/L-382 Loadmaster.
• Experience in curriculum development.
• C-130 airdrop experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to clearly express procedures to domestic and international customers.
• Detail oriented
• Proficient with Microsoft Office
• Ability to work a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Provide C-130/L-382 instruction in flight manuals and cargo handling procedures.
• Instruct on crew resource management and night vision systems.
• Coach on C-130 cargo handling, weight and balance, and loadmaster procedures.
• Teach C-130 airdrop operations.
• Ensure safety is the top priority during instruction.
• Develop curriculum, syllabi, lesson plans, and courseware.
• Generate post-training evaluation reports.
• Coordinate and lead aircrew student activity during simulator sessions.
• Maintain current knowledge through training and self-study.
• Demonstrate clear communication to customers.
