Job summary

JCB, a global leader in construction and agricultural equipment, seeks a Purchasing Manager to oversee supplier performance at the Pooler, GA site. You will drive category strategies, KPI monitoring, and contract execution to ensure on-time, quality supply for manufacturing operations.

Qualifications

• Experience managing supplier performance in a global organization.
• Strong cost and pricing management capabilities.
• Ability to manage contracts and procurement activities.
• Experience in engineering/production purchasing.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement in a global matrix.
• CIPS qualification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Input into category strategies and drive supplier performance via KPIs.
• Develop and monitor supplier engagement and cost-saving initiatives.
• Lead contract development to meet business needs.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for supply continuity.
• Monitor supplier performance against framework and manage escalations.
• Support launches and warranty issue resolution.
