Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with five plus years’ related experience.
• Familiarity with purchasing and requisition systems, ideally with Deltek-Costpoint.
• Attention to detail and vendor management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate purchasing activities with engineering staff.
• Obtain critical materials, components, equipment and services.
• Complete-check requisitions, obtain quotes, and make awards.
• Evaluate and negotiate vendor terms and pricing.
• Monitor vendor performance and develop new supply sources.
• Control and update pricing, cost and schedules.
• Maintain compliance documents for audits.
• Maintain professional supplier relationships.
