Overhead Door Corporation seeks a Senior Buyer to lead end-to-end procurement, optimize total cost of ownership, and mitigate supply risks across operations. You will drive supplier performance, negotiate terms, and partner with Operations, Finance, Quality, and Legal.

Responsibilities include managing the full P2P cycle, conducting RFQ/RFP processes, supporting contract management, and mentoring junior buyers while advancing procurement tools and standards.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Minimum 5 years procurement experience with strategic sourcing and negotiations.
• Professional certification preferred (CPSM, CPIM, CSCP) where applicable.

Aufgaben

• Manage full procure-to-pay cycle for assigned categories and resolve issues.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies, RFQ/RFP, supplier selection, and awards.
• Negotiate pricing, lead times, terms, and contract conditions to meet cost, quality, and delivery goals.
• Build strong supplier relationships, conduct performance reviews, and drive corrective actions.
• Partner with Operations, Engineering, Finance, Quality, and Legal to align demand and procurement plans.
• Monitor market conditions and supplier capacity to identify risks and opportunities.
