Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Finance or equivalent.
• Minimum 7 years in procurement, strategic sourcing, or automotive.
• Strong Excel skills and familiarity with ERP systems.
• Experience leading cross‑functional sourcing decisions and launches.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute commodity strategies aligned with vehicle programs and cost targets.
• Lead end-to-end sourcing for direct material commodities and complex negotiations.
• Deliver cost reductions, localization efforts, and supplier performance improvements.
• Incorporate cost engineering and should-cost analysis into procurement decisions.
• Manage supplier relationships and risk, supporting launches and changes.
• Mentor Buyers and elevate sourcing standards across functions.
