Qualifications

• Must have a degree in Mechanical or Electrical/Electronics Engineering or equivalent with deep experience in engineered components.
• Strong negotiation, supplier management, and English language skills are required.
• Experience leading sourcing initiatives across regions and managing international supplier bases is essential.

Responsibilities

• Category Strategy & Value Delivery: Develop and execute global category strategies; translate market insights into procurement plans.
• Global Sourcing: Lead sourcing initiatives across sites and countries; manage RFx processes and supplier selection.
• Supplier Management: Own relationships with global suppliers; monitor cost, delivery, quality, and service; drive improvements.
• Risk & Continuous Improvement: Identify and mitigate supply risks; support procurement tools and analytics.
• Safety First: Demonstrate commitment to zero-harm safety culture.
