Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in supply chain related field.
• 5+ years of procurement or strategic sourcing in high-tech environments.
• Proven experience managing suppliers and procurement activities.
• Strong negotiation and cost-reduction skills.
• Experience sourcing technical components and capital equipment.
• ERP/MRP experience; NetSuite is a plus.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute end-to-end procurement strategies for assigned commodities.
• Negotiate pricing, lead times, terms, and supplier qualifications.
• Monitor supplier performance and mitigate supply risks with contingency plans.
• Support engineering, NPI, and production with sourcing and BOM reviews.
• Manage POs through requisition to delivery and optimize data quality.
