Job summary

Bruker seeks a temporary Buyer/Planner Specialist in Tucson, AZ. The role focuses on maintaining inventory levels, ERP management, and supporting service and manufacturing processes for the BioSpin SII Team.

The position is ~32 hours per week and onsite with an emphasis on accuracy and timely communication with suppliers. The ideal candidate has 8–10 years as a Buyer/Planner, with ERP experience (Made2Manage or QAD) and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in business or related field is required or equivalent.
• Strong communication, organization and time-management skills.
• Experience with ERP systems and office productivity tools is essential.
• Ability to work independently and within a global team.
• U.S. citizenship or permanent residency may be required.

Responsibilities

• Translate project requirements into procurement actions and paperwork.
• Create and manage purchase orders for manufacturing needs.
• Support ERP processes to balance inventory with production needs.
• Monitor supplier relations and communicate changes effectively.
