Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years in buying/procurement role preferred.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
• Available to work extended hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory to achieve inventory turnover and customer satisfaction goals.
• Study seasonal trends, customer feedback, and consumption patterns, adjusting the product mix accordingly.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and regularly evaluate their performance.
• Balance open orders with demand and stock levels to optimize inventory levels.
• Manage slow-moving inventory and implement strategies to minimize excess stock.
• Collaborate with internal teams to forecast demand and develop purchasing strategies.
• Other duties as assigned.
