Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree is required.
• 4+ years of experience in sourcing, procurement or supply chain.
• Proven communication, negotiation, conflict resolution and management skills.
• Strong analytical and computer-related skills.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple key activities.
• Ability to grow in technical abilities to become a subject matter expert.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for ~$220M annual category spend, supporting Whirlpool’s North America Region manufacturing plants and distribution network.
• Develop and implement the sourcing strategy for the Final Mile subcategory.
• Lead fact-based sourcing decisions, negotiate terms, and generate contractual agreements with suppliers.
• Drive supplier performance management and build commercial relationships.
• Create, measure, and execute initiatives to optimize cost, quality, and service.
• Build cross-functional partnerships and engage Final Mile Operations to improve cost and operations.
• Ensure compliance with Global Procurement policies, procedures, and processes.
• Drive continuous improvement of采购 processes for Final Mile services including contract management, forecasting, and supplier performance.
