Job summary

CFS in East Haven, CT is seeking a Senior Buyer for full-time onsite engagement. You will manage purchasing activities, work with engineering and operations, and negotiate with suppliers to optimize cost and delivery.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years purchasing experience in manufacturing.
• Experience with machined and fabricated parts.
• Willingness to travel internationally as needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day purchasing activities including purchase orders and vendor management.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery with domestic and international suppliers.
• Maintain supplier relationships and monitor quality, cost and on-time delivery.
