Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 3–5 years purchasing/procurement in manufacturing.
• Experience with engineered-to-order or project-based manufacturing preferred.
• Experience purchasing mechanical/electrical components preferred.
• Experience reading BOMs/drawings/tech specs preferred.
• ERP/MRP proficiency; Excel/Outlook skills recommended.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day procurement and supplier coordination for multiple projects.
• Convert project requirements and BOMs into purchasing plans and PO activity.
• Expedite critical materials, resolve supplier issues, maintain ERP data.
• Ensure materials and services meet cost targets and schedules.
• Collaborate with Project Management, Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and Finance.
