• Purchase materials using engineering and production schedules to maintain inventory at planned levels.
• Generate and issue purchase orders and maintain PO data accuracy.
• Monitor cost, schedule and scope of assigned contracts to ensure best value.
• Coordinate RFQ for new business and revise OEM/CM price monthly/quarterly.
• Monitor movement of materials through the production cycle to determine required purchases.
• Evaluate vendors and develop new supply sources.
• Manage all aspects of the procurement process, including packaging, labeling, MRB, returns, and expedited freight.
