Job summary

Yulista Solutions, LLC is seeking a Buyer II/III to manage procurement actions across the full lifecycle, from requisition review to closeout. You will perform market research, supplier sourcing, and bid evaluations for aircraft parts, maintenance, and engineering services.

The role requires 3–7 years of purchasing experience, strong price analysis, negotiation skills, and the ability to handle complex acquisitions with compliance to applicable requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Procurement, Finance, Contract Management, or related discipline preferred.
• Typically three to seven years of progressively responsible purchasing or procurement experience.
• Experience in aerospace/defense, government contracting, or regulated industries is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned procurement actions from requisition through award, administration, delivery, invoice resolution, and closeout.
• Conduct market research and identify qualified suppliers using approved sources and industry resources.
• Develop and issue RFQs, RFPs, and RFIs; evaluate quotations for price, delivery, quality, and compliance.
• Prepare procurement documentation, negotiate terms, and place purchase orders within authority.
• Support supplier management, delivery coordination, and resolution of invoice discrepancies.
